Acceptance

Welcome to www.yer-usa.com (the "Site") owned by YER USA Inc. on behalf of its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively, "YER"). The user of this Site and any individual or entity on whose behalf a user accesses or uses the Site (collectively, "You(r)" or "User," as appropriate) acknowledge acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please review both periodically for updates and changes. Your continued use of the Site after the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the changes. • Posting or submitting any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not Your own accurate resume (living individual seeking employment on a full-time or part-time basis on his or her own behalf).
• Revising any material posted or submitted by any other person or entity.
• Using any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this Site or any activity being conducted on this site.
• Taking any action which imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on this Site's infrastructure.
• If You have a password allowing access to a non-public area of this Site, disclosing to or sharing Your password with any third parties or using Your password for any unauthorized purpose.
