Job Description
Working in their respective local areas throughout the nation, the Sales Directors are responsible for growing the current client base in their field of specialization, either Retail or Banking. Current clients include an impressive list of Fortune 500 companies in either sector. Ideal candidates are technically savvy and trustworthy individuals who have a successful track record in closing highly profitable deals at a strategic level.
For the Retail Division we are currently looking to add people in NYC, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, Charlotte, NC and Northern California/Seattle.
For the Banking Division there are openings in the Northeast (NYC, Boston, and Philadelphia), Charlotte NC, Texas and Southern California (San Diego).

Through innovation the company has been able to rise to being a well-known and respected supplier of hardware, software and related services to a long list of banks and retailers worldwide. To further strengthen the current sales team we are looking to add a number of Sales Directors to join our client company. Currently there are various openings in our client's banking division, as well as their retail operations.
Agreements
Candidate profile:
- BS/BA degree and/or the equivalent is preferred
- 5+ years of prior and relevant sales experience, preferably within in the banking/retail industry
- Experience in solution and consultative selling to major Fortune 500 accounts on a C-Suite level

- Creating new opportunities through a strong and proactive Business Development effort with large financial and retail organizations
- Preparing and executing a business plan and sales strategy for the assigned territory
- Engaging new and existing clients with a strategic sales approach and excellent organizational skills
- Developing strong and close relationships with key clients and prospects based on trust and personality
- Maintaining strong profitability growth goals
