Job Description
Mechanical Design Engineer:
- Self-motivated individual able to conduct work with minimal guidance with potential for technical leadership and coaching/teaching skills.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute and track progress of tasks necessary to complete assignments.
- Demonstrated ability to derive conclusions from analysis and make practical recommendations.
- Ability to interpret analysis results and communicate technical information effectively to team members and management.
- Team player with strong desire to learn and ability to handle multiple projects/tasks con-currently.
Mechanical Design Engineer - Precision Mechanic Mechanical Design Engineer:
- Interested in designing leading edge complex machines that are critical to the production of integrated circuits and microchips.
- Responsible for conceptual design, research & development of new products and innovative changes to existing products using complex or novel engineering approaches.
- Plan, design, develop, realize and test components and use advanced engineering tools such as high level solid modeling and FEA.
- Work with multiple engineering disciplines and suppliers to ensure timely, realization of competitive, serviceable products that keep the semiconductor industry moving forward.
Education:
- MSME with 5-20 years of experience.
Mechanical Design Engineer - Structural Analysis Mechanical Design Engineer:
- Experienced in analyzing and designing leading edge complex machines that are critical to the production of integrated circuits and microchips.
- Responsible for conceptual design, research & development of new products and innovative changes to existing products using complex or novel engineering approaches.
- Perform linear and non-linear, steady state and transient, static, contact, modal, thermal and flow studies using Finite Element Analysis or Computational Fluid Dynamics on large assemblies with bolted and or bonded joints.
Education:
- MSME with concentration in Solid Mechanics/FEA and up to 5-20 years of experience.
Mechanical Design Engineer - Pneumatics Design:
- Solid knowledge of fundamental as well as advanced fluid mechanics and pneumatics design.
- Thorough understanding of the application of relevant knowledge and theories to practical engineering concepts and problems.
- Experience with CFD, in particular the analysis, simulation, design and development of pneumatic and purge systems for electronic, electromechanical, optical and opto-mechanical equipment.
- Familiarity with commercial analysis software packages (e.g., NX Unigraphics 3.0 or higher, NX Advanced Simulation (Preferred), CF Design, Fluent, MathCAD, etc.)
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Master's degree preferred, 5-20 years of experience.

Compensation:
- From 85k up to 100k (DOE) plus world class benefits and exceptional working conditions.
