Fees

Our placement fees are established on a "no cure, no pay" basis. Our company's quality concept brings with it the obligation to present solely those candidates whose profile matches the client's requirements. Presenting resumes is easy, and does not warrant any fees in our philosophy. The true challenge lies in reaching the best candidate, and it is here that our added value will show itself. If we are hired on the basis of exclusivity (i.e. being your sole external recruitment partner for one or more vacant positions), you will not pay a placement fee until the assignment has been completed successfully.
