Job Profile:
A YER Consultant is a high level professional with full
responsibility of his/her portfolio. Combines a variety of
challenging roles; Account Manager, Consultant, Psychologist and
Project Manager. Develops new business and is Account Manager for
existing clients. Is an advisor for the HR Director and implements
the recruitment strategy. Approaches, interviews and selects high
potential professionals and managers. The ultimate goal is to
create a successful match between Customer and new employee. The
new Consultant will be part of a new team in a green field
environment. This is within a very successful organization with a
strong recruitment marketing concept, service portfolio, support
organization and international network.
Benefits:
$50.000,= - $60.000,= fixed salary $80.000,= - $120.000,= on target

Candidate profile:
- Bachelor or master degree with BtB sales experience and a
passion for people.
- Strong communication skills combined with empathy and
sensitivity.
- High energy, result focus and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- A good business sense and high ethics.
- An affinity with the search and selection industry, human
resource management can be helpful but is not a definite
requirement. Must be interested in international matters.
