An excellent career opportunity for a high-energetic and proactive technical service professional for a director level position with our international client Deutz Corporation located in Norcross, GA.
As the Service Director you will be given the opportunity to provide leadership and guidance to the technical service team to ensure constant improvement of the overall service capabilities in the Americas region. You will play a key role in the company by successfully managing key relationships with the OEM customers and service providers as well as conducting the totally warranty and policy cost under minimal supervision of the Chief Sales Officer. You will succeed in this role by utilizing your knowledge of implementing key measures (KPIs) to develop and enhance the service strategy that will improve the skills and capabilities of the service providers. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will be an immense asset, allowing you to interface daily with German headquarters, customers in North and South America, and various company departments. Ideally, you possess experience in the off-highway business and a relevant work history within a small or mid-size European company that imports and exports technical products. Overall, you will be provided significant freedom to work autonomously with open-door policy, while demonstrating your proactive hands-on mentality.
