Job description

For the U.S. headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, YER is seeking an experienced, professional, and creative Administrative Assistant. This role will support our Sales Consultants and customers including assistance, as needed, to the Office Manager. This position requires at least 3 years of experience with solid experience in the Administrative field. (International experience is a plus)
In supporting the Sales Consultants, the Administrative Assistant will create proposals and job postings, and will schedule appointments with the utmost care. (A strong attention to detail and a substantial amount of time will be dedicated to calendar management) This role includes answering high-volume phones where you will be transferring and setting up conference calls as needed. Tasks also include assisting in data entry, filing, organizing, booking travel as needed (some international), and greeting guests as required. Monitoring office supplies and researching advantageous deals with suppliers. Developing and carrying out an efficient documentation and filing system is a must!
This role requires excellent customer service skills as you will be coordinating, scheduling, confirming, and logistically planning with customers for meetings and candidate interviews. You will also be entrusted to complete candidate reference and confidential pre-employment checks. You will build solid relationships with customers and you will strive to be pro-active in your communication. This position requires an out-of-the-box thinker who truly enjoys solving problems! You will be highly communicative with YER's customers and candidates, and offer support as needed. In order to be successful in this role, you will always be one step ahead with the ability to multitask and find creative solutions for deadlines.

Candidate profile

  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of experience in the administrative field.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Well-spoken with excellent writing skills.
  • Highly professional with an attention to discretion and confidentiality.
  • Exemplary multi-tasking, planning and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail, high-energy and professional with a positive attitude!
  • Out-of-the-box thinker with creative problem solving is a must!
  • A "CAN DO" attitude with a positive outlook.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and high-energy office environment.
  • A background in HR and Accounting is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • International experience and well-traveled is a plus!
