This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic-minded
passionate business development professional with a hands-on
attitude to help drive medical excellence through virtual reality
simulation. The hospital market is the largest opportunity for the
use of Mentice products where high fidelity simulation can serve as
one key component to tackle the healthcare conundrum in US and in
the world. The conflicting challenges of rapidly aging population,
new innovative but expensive treatment solutions for patients up in
very high ages coupled with a general perception that we already
spend too much on healthcare requires change of practice, methods
and use of innovative solutions such as Mentice.
Your main responsibilities are to:
You will be working with the sales/marketing and support teams to find new clients and inspire existing customers. We will work together to create business plans that match the company's objectives to meet quarterly and annual sales targets. Via the company's CRM system, you will keep track of all customer records; write your own proposals and implementation plans. You need to be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time. It is preferable that you will be based in California (home office) as this is the largest part of the territory. This role will report directly to the President and Chairman of Mentice.
